Horse Leasing Information
Our Horse leasing program has many options specifically designed for those just starting out on their adventure to future horse ownership, for those just wanting to spend a bit more one on one time with one of our horses, or for the extremely driven equestrian. We offer simple and flexible half leases on all of our lesson horses or we can find the perfect full lease for the more ambitious showing Equestrian.
Our short term half leases on the lesson horses include 2 scheduled practice rides per week, no additional farrier or vet expenses, use of the horse for local horse shows for no additional cost, and use of the horse during a weekly lesson (lesson rates are additional). Full Leases on horses vary with each circumstance. We are happy to assist in finding your perfect partner.

Sarah “Dance in the Rain”
Dance in the Rain aka “Sarah”, 2013, 16.2 unraced thoroughbred mare. Sarah is a stunning steal gray color with a lot going for her! She is big-bodied with beautiful coloring that stops anyone in their tracks. She has been shown at several on- property shows and has done well. She has a great personality and is just about bomb proof. She moves beautifully on the flat and is very honest and brave when jumping. I am capping her jumping height to 3ft right now since she is just a baby and isn’t done growing just yet. She does need an intermediate rider because she will have some baby moments at times. She does have a little sassiness to her but that’s typical mare.
I can supply you with everything you need for her, including her saddle and bridle, plus brushes and treats.
You would get three to four rides a week, plus I will require you to take one lesson every week (at your own expense). I am asking for half board, and half farrier. Plus, a onetime fee of half her insurance cost. You will pay for your own lessons and show fees.
Price: $400 a month
